Terrible, it doesn't work with the iPhone 16 Pro, the size is for the Max or Plus version, with the iPhone 16 Pro it doesn't charge properly because it doesn't fit well. As you can see in the image, the charger stops working because the phone doesn't fit properly in the magnetic area and disconnects.
Works well but the only downside is that it doesn't charge fast enough.
I recommend it.
Excellent quality for the price, holds the iPhone very firmly, breaks easily, and charges quickly with a good charger. It's excellent for use by a writer in front of a PC while working!
Does not actually charge to 30w, the description on the bottom of the stand says it’s maximum capacity is 15w

Charges very slowly. Magnet is very weak. Phone falls off.
